When should I reconnect my accounts? +
After your initial connection, reconnection will only be necessary if the following scenarios occur:
1. Password change:For security reasons and as part of Meta's security process, you will need to reauthenticate after changing your password.
2. Expired session:Facebook and Instagram have specific procedures regarding token authentication. Periodically, they will prompt you to reconnect.
What happens if I can't connect to my account? +
After two failed attempts to enter your credentials, our system will prevent you from trying a third time. This measure protects your account from blocking, and you must wait for 60 minutes before attempting to reconnect.
How long does it take to generate my reports? +
For the initial connection, report generation may take up to 24 hours. Subsequently, it will take up to 1 hour. Please note that every new connection will follow the same report generation process.
